We were incredibly impressed by the professionalism, consideration and efficiency of McHenry plumbing. They were super careful with all of our personal belongings, they covered everything, laid out carpets and I came home to them sweeping our house… I think that they left it cleaner than when they arrived! These are the guys you call for a hard project - they've done excellent work with copper piping throughout my century home for the previous owner and have done several gas line runs for me to bbq and fireplace. Added an outdoor faucet for the irrigation system, some of the cleanest work those guys ever saw from a plumber. Installed water leak detection system. Installed a toto toilet. I had high hopes based on their advertising, but the reality was far from it. The plumber arrived with a bad attitude and rushed through the job. There was no testing done after the repair, and sure enough, the plumbing failed again within days. The lack of accountability and poor workmanship make this service unreliable.
Knowlegeable, friendly, prompt. Really helpful and great job.
