The service was fantastic! I called to report the problem shortly after 8:00 am and by 12:30 a plumber was at my house. The repair took about 1 hour and the plumber was professional and efficient. I would definitely recommend this company.
Stay far, far away. The management of my building hired this company to replace the water tanks in all the units, and the results were nothing short of disastrous. They left several units with extensive damage and outright refused to take any responsibility. Dealing with them has been an absolute nightmare—they ignored my calls, abandoned me in a terrible situation, and showed a shocking lack of professionalism. This is, without a doubt, one of the worst companies I’ve ever encountered. Shame on you.

The plumber from Levine Bros was reliable and took the time to explain his work to me. He gave me advice and options and was very kind! My only complaint is punctuality, but I know sometimes things are unpredictable. All in all, I would use them again.
