Horrible horrible service. Infact, no service at all. They said they would come to our house as it was an emergency and they never showed up, not even a phone call. We had to call again the next day and they said they were not coming. No apologies, no nothing. WORST service ever. Had to call another plumber in Gatineau. I understand that they reaaly don't need work as plumbers are in demand but there is a minimum in my opinion.
