The plumbing work took less than 15 minutes and was acceptable, but I was left to clean up afterward and the pricing was extremely high. The bigger issue was billing. I never received an invoice or any communication, despite them having my correct phone number. Months later, I was contacted by a collection agency about an unpaid bill. My attempts to resolve this with the company went unanswered. Poor communication and lack of follow-up make this a difficult company to recommend.
