Woke up this morning and noticed a small pinhole leak near the hot water tank. Emailed and called Josée...within 2 hours plumbers were on site and issue corrected. Amazing ! 2nd time I use this company and certainly will not hesitate to call them again. Professional, courteous, quick and very efficient.
Called for a bathtub to be connected in a new build due to builder error. They came promptly and installed the bath with zero problems and completely satisfied with their work. Will hire again next plumbing project or issue.
I do not typically write reviews, but we had a leaking shower in the house. We hired this company. They came to my house 2 times, combined maybe 20 minutes at our house. They inspected shower, gave us an idea why they thought it was leaking, we corrected what they instructed us to, and it was still leaking. At this point, we were forced to hire another company, and they came promptly, inspected the shower for at least an hour to find the actual problem (not just give us suggestions as to why it could be leaking and then leav... read more
