Dernièrement, j'ai contacté Mr Lessard pour une crépine d'évier à changer et un robinet qui fonctionnait mal, chez un de mes locataires. Il est venu sur place, a changé la crépine et comme il n'avait pas la pièce pour le robinet, il est revenu. Mais oh surprise! I would recommend you do not do business with this company. When I came back to my appartement after they had finished the job, I found my floors in a pitiful and permanently damaged state. They had kept their wet and snowy boots to walk on my wooden floors and didn’t even bother to clean up after they left. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. The service was terrible, customer response was awful, and the prices were high. They refuse to acknowledge their own mistakes and still demand payment. By far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with.
