Well. 200$ to cut a septic tank pipe, and then to see him leaving without changing it. The guy just thought it would be ok to evacuate our dirty waters right in front of our entrance. While leaving, the guy told us he has never heard about products that should not be put in a septic tank... Poor job, poor interaction, and apparently a lot to learn about how a septic tank work.
Great plumber if you’re in Sutton. Had a hot water heater element fail on a Saturday, called at 9 came at 10. Real gent and efficient. Highly recommend him. Will be our go to plumber this point forward.
