Extremely satisfied with the professional work completed by David and his apprentice with the installation of an electric water heater at my home. After 23 years..my existing Giant tank standard model had a slow leak..it needed to be changed PRONTO. I called Plomberie DG - Gatineau, David gave me a quote for the tank and installation. Unprofessional and frustrating to deal with. I used Plumberie DG (David) two years ago and already had issues with communication back then. I gave him another chance recently and immediately regretted it. I contacted him about a broken shower handle and faucet—he asked for a photo and said he could possibly come that same day or the next morning, but gave no confirmed time. Super pleasant people, took care of two issues at a very reasonable price - couldn’t recommend them more.
Great interaction with David for the installation of a hot water tank. Told him the work that needed to be done. He gave the price plus whatever parts necessary for the installation. He and his apprentice arrived on time, had the job done in the amount of time a hot water tank takes to be installed, he billed me accordingly, and that was it. Job well done. No fuss, no muss. I recommend his services.
