He came to fix a leak and we initially thought he was professional and did a good job. However, the leak started again about a week and a half later. I tried contacting him several times by text and phone but he completely ignored me. We got another plumbing company to come and they confirmed that the leak was not properly fixed, basically that what was done was a "band-aid" temporary fix which is why the leak started again.
