Absolutely terrible experience. Wasted our time for at least 3 weeks, not responding to phone calls, emails, or any follow-up for that matter. If we hadn't tried another plumber, we'd still be wasting our time waiting after almost 2 months

They told me to send pictures to them so they can confirm the job can be done. They also said they would get back to me once they have the pictures. I had to follow up myself. They showed up. Told me they can't do the job I wanted. Charged me because they showed up, despite doing basically no work.
This plumber was recommended by my condo management company—unfortunately, that turned out to be a mistake. If you enjoy chasing down a plumber just to give them your business, this is the company for you. I had to follow up twice just to get in touch with the plumber.
