The service is great, I give a 1 because when I asked the rate there was no mention of a $65.00 travel fee. So much for staying local. Might as well have gone with the one from Vaudreuil for that matter. We try and stay local and I think it's a fee they could have waived, since he was so close. The economy us not easy and we all deserve a break as a show of good faith. I even said it was not a rush. Thank you and I really appreciate the service and turnaround.

Our water main broke in the house during the ice storm, right after we lost power. Luckily my husband was right there and shut the valve so we didn’t sustain any damage. The city couldn’t access the valve outside the house, which neant that a plumber would have to repair our pipe to restore our running water on a «live» line. We called six plumbers and none would do it. Alain Bernard did some troubleshooting on the phone and promised to come by on Monday (it was Thursday and he was busy servicing shelters).
