She blocked me number after I said I'd call back in a moment. Guess I can't see my primary care.
The receptionist was really rude, didn’t listen me at all. Also, my results came in after a week, the doctor was supposed to call me, over a week after i received my result, didn’t call me. The office keeps on telling me, he will call but doesn’t call. I need a prescription urgently but no answer whatsoever.
I am a new patient of Dr. Michael Plokamakis and I couldn't be more grateful for the level of care I've received thus far. He has been attentive, thorough, genuinely concerned and straight to the point, which is something i truly appreciate in a physician. He took time out on his days off just to update me and called me personally to schedule an appt for follow up.
