Picked up my order just to find out BOTH of the sauces were MISSING AGAIN. Lazy employees don't read service instructions, forgetting to add items to order. This isn't the first time I have had problems with this specific PlntBurger. Getting an order accurate must not be in their DNA. LIKE how do they remember ketchup and not the special sauce or honey mustard!?! Wish I could give negative stars. I want my money back.
PLNT Burger is life. Love this place. Good food, service is quick and everyone is nice. Honestly when this place first opened up, for a bit it took a while to get my orders, but they found their stride and everything has been great for a long time. My family loves coming here to eat, and the one manager is always so friendly and willing to help out.
