The slow, controlled movements on the Megaformer are pure magic for building strength and endurance. A massive shout-out to the incredible instructors! PREDATORY MEMBERSHIP TERMS: PLNK puts you on auto bill when you sign up, then restrict your ability to cancel in advance of the next billing cycle. They also penalize you with an extra $20 fee for classes you ALREADY PAID FOR if you don't show up. Total predatory billing practices, the business owner is sketchy and example of the problem with our greedy ass culture.
