Not the best PLNK location I've been to. The gym was cramped and there was not a lot of spots for our things. But it was a good class
I love working out at PLNK! I have had some back issues and this workout has less tension on my back muscles. It also has helped increase my core strength which will hopefully help with my back as well. Aja, Maria, and Erin all have great classes- I feel like I get the most out of their classes- I shake and sweat! After leaving their class, I feel like I have gotten a good work out in for the day! All of the instructors are great, though!
PLNK is one of my favorite places!! The instructors provide an awesome workout and are always encouraging and friendly.
The 3 stars are because I absolutely love the workout and instructors. The actual offering is great and wonderful. Minus two stars because the only downside (which is pretty frustrating) is that when contacting the location, if it is around payment, they will simply not even respond. I've contacted them only 3 times in over a year of membership with no response from them other than for situation #2 which was not payment related: 1.
