Loved the class! Kind instructor who was really patient and explained things throughout the class. Amazing workout! Really kind staff who helped me with an issue with using some classes I won in a silent auction.

Not the best PLNK location I've been to. The gym was cramped and there was not a lot of spots for our things. But it was a good class

I love working out at PLNK! I have had some back issues and this workout has less tension on my back muscles. It also has helped increase my core strength which will hopefully help with my back as well. Aja, Maria, and Erin all have great classes- I feel like I get the most out of their classes- I shake and sweat! After leaving their class, I feel like I have gotten a good work out in for the day! All of the instructors are great, though!
