I did my first class here at PLNK OMA. I came in with zero expectations and it was an interesting fun experience. This type of studio empathizes slow paced movement to stimulate smaller muscle groups which was fun to try! The only con is that their required socks cost 15 dollars a pair. I didn’t realize that I needed special friction socks before attending class and so I had no choice but to purchase their pair. PLNK is the best! It’s a challenging & fun workout & the instructors are so welcoming & helpful! My favorite workout studio in Omaha, would recommend to everyone. All the instructors are great but my favorite is Sunny!
Some buddies and I took our first class with Shelby a few nights ago. I can say PLNK is no joke. As a pretty active guy, I was humbled. She did a great job and I will be adding PLNK classes to my routine.
Been going here a year and want to love it, but the newest instructor plays these heavy Kanye West (!!!) playlists, and I cannot get into the workout. I complained to management, and they told me they don’t care. (!!!) The workout is good, but the vibes are bad.
I was visiting Omaha and did the three class for $50 intro offer. I attend Solidcore regularly and had low expectations for another class, given Solidcore is the most challenging reformer class I've found. I was extremely impressed by PLNK. The machines are SO nice, the moves and class format was great and I was really happy with the workout! If we had a PLNK in my area I'd consider switching.
