PREDATORY MEMBERSHIP TERMS: PLNK puts you on auto bill when you sign up, then restrict your ability to cancel in advance of the next billing cycle. They also penalize you with an extra $20 fee for classes you ALREADY PAID FOR if you don't show up and $15 fee to cancel it. Total predatory billing practices, the business owner is sketchy and example of the problem with our greedy ass culture. I do Lagree all the time at solidcore in New York. They use megareformers and you can either wear socks or go barefoot, you clean them at the end either way. The confirmation text I got after I purchased my very first PLNK class told me I would need to buy the sticky socks from their studio. This was not something that was made clear as I was purchasing my first class, else I would not have done it – doubling the price so I can pay for products that aren’t even necessary to do this type of workout is not for me. Don’t go here. Absolutely horrible place. The studio is fine and i liked my instructor. My issue is with the membership and the service provided. Plank likes and enjoys scamming their clients🥰. I have truly been patient and gave them the benefit of the doubt and every time they don’t fail to disappoint. I accidentally made a purchase for a $225 membership. I called and someone was helpful, said just send an email and the issue will be resolved. I did, they didn’t care, they said figure it out “all sales are final.” It is ar... read more

Great workout, however, they are not flexible with their packages. I had purchased a package over the summer I was only able to use once due to unforeseen circumstances. I sent a couple emails asking if I could get some credit on my account, or just one or two days and was told no. I won’t be giving my money to this establishment again.
