Worst company I’ve ever worked with. They overpromise and once you’re committed and they have done demolition, they string you along with false promises, excuses, and then eventually lack of response. When the work actually does get done (if they don’t cause additional damage like in my case where they broke our floor tiles) the work is of poor quality. Worst contractor experience ever. First, our sales girl quit after we gave them a check. They did some sheetrock and texture that looked so bad they had to redo it. The fireplace they put up shiplap long on one side and short on the other. Three different crews all did a horrible job. From tile to carpentry to painting. They had to redo this project a few times. If I could give this place a zero I would. Run away as fast as you can. Muhammad will make everything sound bliss and peaceful and two years later I'm running behind them to finish my work. The project manger Mustafa will never return your calls or show up on site other than the 1st day, so you are left talking to the office girl Ashley who only lies for Muhammad. Poor ethics. These people will SCAM you. They deleted a previous Google page and marked the location as permanently closed bc of previous reviews. They will spend your entire budget on poor quality materials and labor. They simply do not have the bandwidth to project manage, design, staff and do professional quality work. We found PLM bc of their 5 star reviews however 5 stars has not been our experience. This experience has gone on for 12 months. The properties were promised to be completed by August ahead of school.
