I was having some trouble with the the led strip lighting in my apartment, I colleague of mine recommended the boys at PLM and let me tell you they will define what it is you deem to be customer service. would recommend
I was having issues with the intercom at my apartment. I noticed PLM was listed as the installer at the time of construction. I called them, arranged an appointment and had a working intercom within 48 hours. Couldn’t fault the team, they truly do accomodate all needs.
My air conditioner was consistently failing to provide adequate temperature control - the boys from PLM sorted me out with a new split system. Exceptional service and punctuality. They have redefined customer service in the local industry.
