Loved it!
Terrible experience! Went yesterday. Water is wayyyy to low. They shouldn't let anyone on there when its that low. Had to paddle through a lake that had no current and it was horrible. Literally fell off so many times and got stuck so many times. The water is so disgusting....unless you want to paddle the whole time and not actually go tubing I wouldn't recommend....but to each there own!! If you enjoy that type of thing then this lake is for you!
We tube here annually and love it! Beautiful route and friendly owners
As a family of four we were excited to tube and we signed up for the 2.5 hour trip. As we entered the water they told us water levels are low, we would need to paddle and they only had two paddles for the four of us. It was not fun having to navigate rocks and fallen trees without paddles. Then we came to a lake with no current full of grasses and Lilly pads. This sounds nice, but really hard to paddle four people across a lake with two paddles. It could be good for kayaking, but I would not recommend this trip for tubbing. ... read more
CHUNKY PEOPLE BEWARE. Do NOT go tubing in this chunk of the river if you are fat! The water is too shallow most of the way and you will be stuck walking on slippery rocks and down rapids for hours. Bring your own paddles and hiking stick if youre going to risk it. Nothing against the Pliska's people (other than maybe they could have warned me), and the smaller people on my trip had fun. The water is beautiful and I think anyone can have fun just relaxing in the water or tube at a secure point near the return spot!
