Saw Dr. Plimpton several years ago in a family therapy context. The two sessions still haunt me in the most negative ways. Literally traumatizing. And I've seen different therapists in the years. I'm not afraid to get into the weeds and experience painful things about myself. He was judgmental; took sides; a poor listener; and just plain wrong. Dangerously so
This man is a gem. Funny, is really dedicated to helping anxious children-his blog and podcast are helpful, a thoughtful person
