I’ve been coming to Plie Nail since 2023 after searching forever for the perfect salon — and I finally found it! Kelly is amazing at both manicures and pedicures, with flawless attention to detail and a gentle touch. My nails have never looked better!
The customer service was excellent. The staff were all very kind. My biggest complaint is that after I stated I would tip $20, they suggested I tip 20% of my $100+ service…I said no. Then they suggested I tip 15%, to which I also declined. The cherry on top is that they filed my natural nails so thin, and the builder gel and polish they applied literally cracked off two of my nails only 2 days later. I’m glad I didn’t tip 20%.
I’ve been going to the other salons up the street on 8th Ave for the past 3 months and this is the best in the area! So kind and clean. Ellen was very attentive and thorough. Definitely my favorite!
They fixed my nightmare nails for a super reasonable price! I ❤️ Ellen!!!
