Luis and Pablo are THE BEST. We've had them work on a million different things in our house, and the most recent was a complete teardown of our old plaster-metal-garage ceiling, replacement of insulation across an entire wing of our home, an HVAC repair, and refinishing of the floors and walls. These guys do it all and they do it well, for very fair and reasonable prices. And they're also very nice! Don't waste your time with these mega brand name contractors that upcharge you on everything. P+L are the guys you want.
P+L home improvements have been working for us for the past 10 years. Over time Luis, Pablo and their crew renovated our entire home and we were never disappointed. Most recently they built a bathroom addition on the second floor and it came out beautifully and at a reasonable price. Luis has great attention to detail and always has ideas to make a project better or more efficient. His team is very courteous, thorough and cleans up neatly.
They installed our baseboards, window and door trim, they did a nice job and they were very careful to work around our current furniture and cleaned up everything after finishing the job.

Luis, Pablo, and their crew were miracle workers. We bought a home from a couple that had been in there 20+ years raising two children -- as you can imagine, the place needed a major facelift. We relied on P&L to install hardwood floors, finish our basement, paint every wall in the house, install new doors, put in crown molding, demolish and rebuild an entire breakfast room, and tons of other small things that came up along the way.
