We have had several repairs on 3 different cars, go bad due to poor workmanship and cheap parts. I would much rather pay to have things done with excellence the first time, I do not understand why this is a hard concept to grasp. On my own personal car Mike told me there was no oil leak in the car....... Did an amazing job, quite happy with the service, would recommend! Got brakes. They found a bad wheel bearing while doing the break service, Replaced it the same day.
We had a good first experience, that is the only reason this isn't a one-star. We had an appointment for a Thursday to fix a hood release lever. I brought it in, didn't receive a call Thursday or Friday. I called Friday afternoon and asked what was going on. They rattled off excuses and told me to pick the car up since they couldn't get it done until Monday. My wife was so mad that she insisted we buy the part and do it ourselves.
