I was injured and had a concussion and they accepted my case, I wish they did not. anytime l call or leave a message all they show no care, no respect and they hardly respond. It has been a while and I give up on my case. I understand my case was small for them, but they need to know it’s big for me.
I have been on a case for almost a yr for workers comp.my lawyer never calls me, I can't get ahold of anyone , can't do therapy because my lawyer needs to contact bwc, so idk if their status is supposed to be great but I'm not happy n can't reach anyone about my case
They did get me results.. I will note, any payment you receive they will claim 33.3% .. apparently it is standard practice by all workers comp attorneys, doesn't mean it isn't predatory. The entire system is flawed that you even need an attorney when you are injured. Plevin & Gallucci aren't at fault for how flawed the system is. I was off work for a year and a half and I only got 4250 and had to go to therapy for most of it and my finger is still messed up so just this passed this couple of months I asked if the can get any my money because I had to miss more work and it was only like 600 so to me they the worst lawyers around and if you call that a win then your dumber then you look
