Update: Received a call to rectify the situation and was very pleased with the outcome. Very helpful and very much appreciated the follow up call. Seen a Dr. last week about a problem with my pinky. Was sent for x-rays. Dr. only works 1 day a week so have to wait a week for results if there is any thing that shows up on the x-ray. Called today as the finger is getting worse and the receptionist said to make an appt for next week!!!!! Absolutely no help at all.

This has been my family doctor since I was really young & I dread every single time to make an appointment. The receptionists are so blunt and rude. I've always been told that "It doesn't hurt to ask" well.. the staff here will make you feel like a complete idiot.
