Karen Plesche and Jeff are trained in Imago counseling. I went to Karen and Tim Kieckbusch, my boyfriend of 5 years went to Jeff. We were all supposed to come together after several sessions. Whatever Jeff counseled Tim with led to a breakup with Tim's one sided information. Jeff never asked for my side of things. Within 5 weeks we were broke up. Unbelievable! Karen Plesche is an excellent counselor. She engages in the conversation and doesn't look at you with her eyes glazed over. She offers you a ton of resources to help your situation. Also imago couple counseling focuses on getting the intimacy level back in your relationship by understanding the other persons perspective on an emotional and intellectual level. This can then rebuild your trust and friendship by breaking old unhealthy patterns in your relationship and building healthy patterns and boundaries.
