A wonderful lunch experience! This food made me so happy!!! I got the egusi soup plus assorted meat and fried plantains. First time I've had the opportunity to experience authentic African cuisine, and I can understand that the texture of the cow skin and tripe might be challenging for some Americans, but I really enjoyed how much texture variation it brought to the dish.
