I’d like to thank Dr Hanaa Ibrahim for her always valuable and timely advice and service. I see her for a number of years now and always find her treatments well thought through and explained to me at the level I can understand. Her timely referrals to specialist services helped me to discover and treat my serious health conditions in time, so they didn’t cause more serious complications. I’m grateful for meeting Dr Ibrahim and being able to continue my treatment under her supervision. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
Absolutely appalling, Would not recommend this clinic. We walked in at 10 past 3 and were told that the doctor couldn’t see our unwell four year old son because it was within the last hour of their trading day. Only to close there roller doors after we left. I’ve taken a time stamp image of the place with its doors shut at 3.28pm… well and truly before their closing time. Absolute Horrible experience with Dr Abdulla Alnouri . Saw him bringing in food the time my appointment started and was 20 minutes late for my appointment for the second time .When i requested for a care plan he said “ he didn’t have time for it” and that it is “not something he wants to do on a late Sunday” . He also got visibly frustrated and said he has other clients when I know he doesn’t as I had the last appointment which i moved up ,I wasted my time and money .
