I have never in my forty years encountered a doctor as rude and unprofessional as Dr. Hanaa Ibrahim. The only reason I booked with her was because she was the only one available the next day, and now I understand why her appointments were so easy to get. I went there for my child, but if it had been just for me, I honestly would have raised my voice and confronted her. From start to finish, the entire experience was unpleasant and left me questioning how someone like her could even hold a medical license in Australia.
Had the unfortunate experience of a consult for a repeat script with Dr Hanaa Ibrahim her behaviour was Unprofessional Intimidating and Bullying she made irrational and unsympathetic statements during my consult and left me upset and traumatised
I had one of the most unpleasant experiences I’ve ever had with a medical professional during my appointment with Dr. Hanaa Ibrahim. From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel like an inconvenience rather than a patient seeking help. Dr. Ibrahim was condescending throughout the consultation and even went as far as to raise her voice at me. They are really very kind and helpful The staff at the front were very nice and spent extra time explaining things to me Dr Manal is such a wonderful doctor It’s hard to find medical centres open on Sunday and it really helps to have something local I appreciate everything they do for me and my family
