I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I understand that sonographers are not responsible for providing a diagnosis and that only the referring doctor can discuss the results. However, basic communication, professionalism, and patient reassurance should still be expected, especially when performing an ultrasound on a baby. Throughout the entire procedure, the sonographer did not communicate with us, explain what was happening, or offer any reassurance. My husband and I had a wonderful experience at the USG at Plenty Radiology. Daren -Our sonographer was extremely knowledgeable, professional and reassuring throughout the scan. He explained everything clearly, made us feel very comfortable, and patiently answered all our questions. We truly appreciate the time, care and compassion he showed us. It made the experience even more reassuring and memorable for us. Thank you for providing such a positive and comfortable experience.
