Plenty of Paint was about the only place in Joseph or Enterprise, Oregon to turn to at the start of summer. I got a bid from Paul and shook hands on the deal and never heard from him again. I found that "his" painters had formed their own company called Lake Side painting based in Joseph. I phoned them and had a bid all properly laid out according to bbc regulations and very detailed.
