Unreal experience with Rod and the team. I had called another shop looking for a 500i and they directed me to Rod. It was my first time buying chainsaw gear and he helped me buy what I needed not everything under then sun he could have sold me (hahah) Thanks for all the advice and knowledge ended up with PPE, a 500i and 182 for the farm. This is one of the few shops that keep all the gear in stock and a 50 year old family business is one to support! Thanks team I’ll be back!
i'm frankly tired, everytime i take my equipment to fix or service, no brand i bring to him is good enough, always talk down about my equipments and the brands, till you find out he is selling the brand he was talking down couple of years prior. is like having a car taking it to mechanic for the mechanic telling you your car is shit, then 2 years later he is selling the same type of cars. it is not a good idea to speak badly about someones equipment specially when the person bringing it to you for service.
