I’m a few months late with this review but my neighbour & I returned our mower which was purchased during COVID It was not starting reliably. We went in, immediately advised that it was probably under guarantee. We forgot there was a long guarantee so we’re thrilled. It was all repaired/ part replaced within the week. Many purchases from here over time and always happy with the staff knowledge. And service which is what matters.
I’ve had a terrible experience every time I’ve visited this shop. The staff consistently have a bad attitude and show no customer service skills whatsoever. When you bring items in, they try to hand them back without doing the work, and they’ve even charged me for services that were never completed. Completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
