Genuinely nice staff, super helpful and pleasant. Even if the clothing is a higher price tag, the friendly sales people make it worth it!
After years of walking around like a Himalayan sherpa with my mini backpack, I finally bought the cutest little BAGGU nylon tote here and I clearly can’t stop posing with it! The staff was super kind and helpful - it’s almost like the hospitality of the Turkish owner has become part of the brand’s DNA. 🧬 Teşekkürler!
Really disappointed with my experience. I returned two items, but I was only credited for one of them. I've emailed the company several times over the past two months to try to sort it out and haven't received a single response. I understand that mistakes happen, but ignoring a customer for over two months is frustrating. At this point, I'm still waiting for the rest of my refund. I would not recommend ordering online from them unless you're prepared to deal with unresponsive customer service if something goes wrong.
You guys are perfect with the exception that you don't price match. I bought something on Monday July 6 and the same item was $30 cheaper on July 7. I called July 8, to check for a price match and the nice lady called me to say no they don't do it. She checked with head office. I love the Robson store people, the service is amazing and the music is always the best. You guys need to price match. Hence the 3 stars. I probably won't come back. :(
I purchased a skirt here that was on sale and marked as final sale, which I understood and accepted. However, when I got home, I noticed there was a tear in the fabric that I hadn't seen in the store. I called the store, and the employee I spoke with said they could take a look and help me out.
