You guys are perfect with the exception that you don't price match. I bought something on Monday July 6 and the same item was $30 cheaper on July 7. I called July 8, to check for a price match and the nice lady called me to say no they don't do it. She checked with head office. I love the Robson store people, the service is amazing and the music is always the best. You guys need to price match. Hence the 3 stars. I probably won't come back. :(

I purchased a skirt here that was on sale and marked as final sale, which I understood and accepted. However, when I got home, I noticed there was a tear in the fabric that I hadn't seen in the store. I called the store, and the employee I spoke with said they could take a look and help me out. When I brought the skirt back, I was told they could only offer store credit and not a refund, despite the item being damaged. I was disappointed with how the situation was handled. It's a small-ish store but the selection is good. What makes this store great is the staff.

Shoutout to the girls working at this store. They helped me with a messy return because of a head office mistake. Head office employees need more training, so the girls in the store don't have to deal with their messes.
