Ive seen Caty, Chelsea, Emily, and CJ. I think in that order too, for no specific reason. They each bring their own knowledge, skills, expertise to the table (pun intended), and helped my legs be ready for World's Toughest Mudder 2024. Ive referred friends to them with satisfaction. I was referred to Caty by my trainer Sam Bogage from Execution Athletics in Eldersburg. What a great visit that was. She was well qualified and knowledgeable. I was seeking a sports massage to relieve all the aches from my lifting program. I walked away feeling much better and feel I found a good partnership with Caty. I will be back for sure.
I can't recommend Caty and the entire staff at Plehn Sports Massage enough. Every person I have sent there have loved it. They have helped with everything from releasing a nerve impingement in my neck, to keeping me get ready for and recover from my first Ironman70.3. Very friendly, welcoming and professional. So don't hesitate to book your session with any of the therapist.
Caty is amazing! I’ve been going to her for years and she has never disappointed, a true master of her craft! Very personable and goes the extra mile to make sure you’re right as rain! 11/10 as always!
I’ve been getting sports massages for 15 years and CJ is one of the best massage therapists I’ve had. I’ve had multiple orthopedic surgeries along with back surgery and still like to workout a lot (crazy triathlete here), CJ listens to where I think my problem areas are and then finds more problem areas I didn’t know I had so I can continue doing what I love.
