The coaching staff and the studio provide an exceptional experience. Viviana, Alan, and Andres cultivate an inclusive and welcoming environment. They also design personalized regimens to help me achieve my fitness goals. The studio is consistently clean and never feels overcrowded. Highly recommend—grateful to have this community in Bellaire!

I’ve had a great experience at Pledge over the last few months! The training is super personalized and I’ve been impressed with how the workout plans work seamlessly across the training staff. Everyone is super friendly and has been very flexible with scheduling. Cannot say enough good things!

The staff at Pledge is excellent! Andres, Viviana, and Alan are great instructors. They have the knowledge, they are caring, and they are friendly. I have been in other gyms in the past but by far Pledge is the best at every level. Excellent choice if one wants to get in shape and get healthier.
