While I am not new to exercising or having a personal trainer, I have to say I don’t love exercising. Much less paying for it. But as my husband says, we can invest in our bodies now or pay the medical bills later. Osteoporosis is what recommitted me to exercise and ultimately led me to Pledge. The trainers are exceptional- Andres, Viviana and Alan. Each day they ask how the body is feeling …and if necessary, adjustments to that day’s workout are made. The team at Pledge to Fitness is awesome! Detail oriented, knowledgeable, committed and supportive of their client base.
