Horrible customer service. For those who know there is this one lady that has a terrible attitude. Inconvenienced by the smallest thing and does the bare minimum to help you. Stay away there are better insurance providers out there.
Just rude staff. Most people are very nice in this city but It seems as if the person was having a bad day and took it out on me. Hope your day gets better miss. I will take my business elsewhere
