They do build a nice home. Unfortunately, they do not stand behind all issues. We have window wells pulling away from the foundation. They are fiberglass so are breaking and tearing so dirt and etc are getting into the window wells. They have told me they are going to do nothing regarding them. Will not recommend at this time. Will not use if I build again
