I took my regalia into the Oak street ext. store. Jackie who is their customer service person was not cordial. Nevertheless, I left it to be cleaned. I get a text to pick it up and now the blue has black on it. Jackie acts as if I should take and be glad I told her I would not take it and they needed to do something to get the black off she says nonchalantly well I could send it back thru.
