I’ve had a few major body and mechanical repairs on my Solitude 5th wheel RV at Pleasureland in St. Cloud. I worked with Service Manager Dave Warner, who is very friendly and knowledgeable, and he insured that our satisfaction was met. He even offered us complimentary RV storage during the many months after all the repairs were completed!
Great place to buy a camper. Riley was awesome and worked hard to get our campers delivered when we needed them.Bart was beyond helpful and told us to call anytime and he would walk us through anything. Good people, Great customer service I highly recommend Pleasureland in St.Cloud if your looking for a smooth camper buying experience.
The understanding and care shown by Luke after our RV situation was incredible. His compassion for making things right went beyond what his normal duties are. I CAN NOT stress how detail oriented Luke and his team were in looking at everything that happened to our camper. They took their time and made sure we understood everything that he was doing and why he thought it necessary to fix or replace some things.
