I’ve had a few major body and mechanical repairs on my Solitude 5th wheel RV at Pleasureland in St. Cloud. I worked with Service Manager Dave Warner, who is very friendly and knowledgeable, and he insured that our satisfaction was met. He even offered us complimentary RV storage during the many months after all the repairs were completed!
Great place to buy a camper. Riley was awesome and worked hard to get our campers delivered when we needed them.Bart was beyond helpful and told us to call anytime and he would walk us through anything. Good people, Great customer service I highly recommend Pleasureland in St.Cloud if your looking for a smooth camper buying experience.
The understanding and care shown by Luke after our RV situation was incredible. His compassion for making things right went beyond what his normal duties are. I CAN NOT stress how detail oriented Luke and his team were in looking at everything that happened to our camper. They took their time and made sure we understood everything that he was doing and why he thought it necessary to fix or replace some things. Bought my Rv here last summer and im very happy with the all around support I get from this dealership. I say get because im a first time buyer and had lots of questions even after I bought it. So helpful with all my questions. Ive had a couple things go wrong and the service department/manager is awesome. When I go to upgrade i will be coming back here. 100% recommend buying from them.
Riley was an exceptional salesman! I called asked if they had what I wanted and when I arrived it was there for my inspection. Smooth process from inspection to the final bill. Highly recommended Riley, he cares about his job and strives for customer satisfaction!
