If I could I would give this business 0 stars. On Sunday March 8, 2020 I emailed Pleasureland RV in St. Cloud, MN inquiring if a new 2019 Hymer Aktiv that was advertised on their website was still for sale. On Monday March 9, at 9:34am Jesse Nordmann replied that it was still on the lot. I called him and we negotiated a price of $79,999.00 and we placed a $1000.00 deposit. We tried to buy a used trailer, had a few things that needed fixing and they weren't sure how long some of the parts would be. I stated in the meantime since they low balled us on our trade I would try to sell ours outright. After waiting and waiting we discovered that they sold it to somebody else. Apparently their policy is that they can sell it to someone willing to buy it without the issues fixed. The policy should be that they contacted us in this situation!
My 5th wheel has been there for 4 months now and still not fixed. There service is by far the worst. I would never go there for anything.
Our experience with this company started out really great. Our salesmen was very personable and very knowledgeable. The down fall is that they are just concerned about the sale and not concerned with follow through after a sale is made. We purchased our camper and went to our walk through and found a laundry list of things wrong with our brand new never used camper. Buyer beware!! Pleasureland in Brainerd let my family drive our BRAND NEW camper trailer off their lot with a water heater that did not work and needed to be replaced, a fridge that did not work due to insulation blockage and improper installation, a bathroom sink faucet part that was installed upside down and sprayed water all over the place, and a tire that exploded after driving it only 70 miles, causing damage to the underside of our brand new camper. I bought a used 5th wheel camper from Gene at Pleasureland RV in Long Prairie. Fantastic experience and excellent service! Will recommend to anyone looking a new or used camper.

After using our brand new camper twice, a screw went through on our slide out and cut the floor, after them blaming us for scratching it it took 4 visits to the shop for them to believe us and pull the slide out out to check it. YEP you guessed it, indeed a screw cut through. A year later (including them having it for 7 months) and it’s still not fixed the way it should be i.e. no seam and caulking all over the place, not to mention the caulking color doesn’t even come close to matching plus it looks horrible. I purchased a camper from Pleasureland and had to call for service. I have never in all my years of purchasing cars and campers worked with a worse customer service oriented company in my LIFE. I paid a service bill after repeated attempts to get the issue resolved and was told only bill only to get a past due bill for twice the amount months later right before I traded in for a new camper with the same company - they waived the invoice as I had to have paid before the new purchase and then again months later I get another p... read more
BUYER BEWARE!! We purchased two campers previously from Pleasureland in St. Cloud and had wonderful service and experience. As a result, we foolishly trusted the Pleasureland in Brainerd when we really shouldn't have. Didn't even check the reviews, which I clearly should have because like others here, we had a horrible experience. They sold us a unit that was littered with issues, issues we did not have a chance to catch prior to purchase BUT issues that the dealership SHOULD have disclosed. The terms of purchase and as is nature of the transaction were clear and documented at the time of sale. The sixteen year old camper was sold at fair market value and yet the expectations of the servicing and warranty provided by the dealer are that of a new one. PleasureLand was asked by the customer to pay another dealer to perform a repair that included $400 in parts and over $600 in labor.
