Poor staff very rude mgmt. Paul will only send out the crew for big money jobs. He forgets the customers once the money is obtained. Been waiting 3 months to get a minor repair completed. He is Very unknowledgable about anything to do with pools. Not sure if he even realizes they have H²O in them?
