This place has good facilities and it's in a great location. From our boat we were able to listen to a concert at the nearby park as well as watch a movie at the same location. The manager is very fair and easy to work with. On a side note: The area around the marina is busy but, not so busy it's dangerous. It appeared to have several youth programs going on over the weekend as well as team water sports. This created a really fun atmosphere. It was a great experience.
This was my first house boat experience and WOW. I was so excited to find all of the nooks. There was also a great kitchen and a hot tub on the roof. Everything was clean. I felt so comfortable. Note that the WiFi doesn’t work well at all and that was really the only draw back.
The boats need a bit of updating and definitely new beds. Otherwise, very enjoyable weekend on the houseboat.
