The flowers were beautiful, and I was happy with the arrangement themselves. The reason for the 3-star review is the pickup experience. When we pulled up, a woman was standing at the door and immediately asked what we needed before we could even come inside. It wasn't a welcoming "let me hold the door and help you" type of interaction. Instead, it felt more like she needed to know why we were there before allowing us in, which was a little off-putting. My husband regularly brings me gorgeous bouquets and I finally figured out where they’re coming from. Seriously talented florists, flowers last forever, and they even asked about pets as some flowers can be deadly to cats. I couldn’t recommend pleasing petals more. 💐🫶

AMAZING!!! that word doesn't come close to describe how happy I am with their service and prices! Got our Christmas tree and it is beautiful! Full, green and it is a great price! Definitely will buy from them again!

I am elated over the beautiful work Pleasing Petals did for my best friend's birthday arrangement! I kept in budget and they still provided flowering plants and a beautiful croton for her that was special. It will last for a very long time and provide good memories. Their customer service is excellent and their deliveries are on time. I would recommend them to anyone for all occasions. My next purchase will be a Thanksgiving arrangement and then a Christmas dining table arrangement !
