Really helpful, knowledgeable and kind woman working at the front register, said she'd been there 30 years. Went in for weathering strips but left with more bc I couldn't resist the low prices. And they give away free fresh popcorn! I think I may actually like going to the hardware store now.

They won't cut a customer supplied key blank. I have shopped at this pleasants hardware for 10 years at least once a week as my shop is located nearby. They can't get a 1986 Alfa Romeo key and they won't cut my supplied blank. stupid I'm done with pleasants hardware.
