Welcoming environment, they made sure to get work done and take time to small talk so nothing felt rushed. A gentle exchange for a weed whacker
They won't cut a customer supplied key blank. I have shopped at this pleasants hardware for 10 years at least once a week as my shop is located nearby. They can't get a 1986 Alfa Romeo key and they won't cut my supplied blank. stupid I'm done with pleasants hardware.
