Joseph B. Pamplin refused to listen to our worries when my dog had green stool was shaking and could not move, we stated time after time that it was toxic poisoning and he would not listen and diagnosed it as distemper. We took her home that night and she still wasn’t getting better so we took her to a different vet clinic and as soon as we mentioned the green stool they reacted because it was TOXIC POISONING. I took my poor dog in and explained that she was lethargic and having tremors no vomiting no diarrhea no mucus from eyes and nose. She had lime green stool. They diagnosed her with distemper at 3pm. Symptoms started in the morning when i was at work came home to get her help. I didnt feel right about the prognosis so i took her to an er hospital. SHE HAD CLASSIC SIGNS OF RAT POISONING NOT DISTEMPER! 465$$$ PAID FOR BAD DIAGNOIS AND PRECIOUS TIME WASTED!!! She died of poisoning at 3am. 12 hours after her incorrect diagnosis

Pleasanton Rd Animal hospital has been my vet for well over 40 years now. I had all my dogs get their annual shots and heartworm preventatives here. Dr. Pamplin also did two surgeries on my two oldest dogs. Both came out great. They also took care of me when had to make that hard decision to put my dog down. Decent prices and no nonsense approach on treatment and advice.

My kitten fell and hit his head and was having a hard time walking and focusing they x rayed and examined him and I’m happy to he’s healing fast thank yall for helping my lil baby
