As a visitor, I liked the entry lobby. A pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. Employees are helpful and seem happy. Admitting was easy and care given immediately; The facility appears clean and welcoming.

I don't know about anyone else but my mom's biggest fear is having to go Into a rehab facility. I do have to say that this facility is NOTHING like any I've been in it's more like a vacation spot then a nursing home. From the minute you walk through the door you are greeted by a very cheerful staff. It is impeccably clean and smells delightful. Horrible unavoidable experience! My father in law was here and after seven hours of excruciating pain overnight had to call my sister in law AND HAVE HER CALL AN AMBULANCE. The staff knew he needed to catherized and after 3 unsuccessful painful attempts left him bloodied and unrelieved FOR HOURS! Inexcusable.
