It is so hard to put into words how grateful we are for everyone at this center. Sending your child to daycare is one of the biggest leaps of faith as a parent, and from the very beginning, the staff made us feel like family. Our daughter absolutely loved coming every day. I am sharing this review to help other parents make an informed decision, because our experience here was deeply concerning and ultimately led us to withdraw our daughter. There were multiple instances where basic care and communication fell short. For example, when my daughter’s filtered water from home ran out, she was given sink water without my knowledge or consent. At no point did staff ask permission or request that I provide extra water.
