This is a Horrible co. Everything the other 2 reviews said is true. There is no such Business in pleasanton. They said they would be @ My place between 3 and 6PM @ 3PM the tech called for directions and to say he would be late, about 7PM, @ 7PM I got another call from their off. saying they had to cancel because it was to far away. This after I had spent 4 hours waiting for them. They could have told me that when I set up the appointment and gave them my address. Avoid this co. at all cost.
