Attended a beautiful wedding, the food service was very good for a large event as well as the service. Very accommodating staff throughout the entire event. Only thing I would say, the rooms are definitely "tired" - at a steep price tag of $400 per night, could use some decor and bathroom fixture upgrades.
Best wedding experience ever! If you are thinking of having a wedding here please do, everyone invited will feel so loved and pampered, truly a magical experience! Service is 10000/10
We are driving back from our wedding currently and still cannot get over the fact that it is over. With that being said, I cannot say enough good things about Fred and his team at Pleasantdale, they had every detail ironed out and thought about so everything was incredibly seamless (especially when I needed new suspenders 20 minutes before getting ready and Bryant was so incredibly helpful and went out to source me new suspenders). My wife and I just celebrated our daughter’s wedding at Pleasantdale Chateau. It is hard to describe just what an amazing experience this was. We have encountered people in our lives that “under promise and over deliver”.
