Highly recommended Pleasentdale Ambulatory Care in West Orange .They arranged for a driver to pick me up and drop me back home after my procedure. Excellent patient care.All the staff were very friendly and professional .Dr Ali ,The register nurse Lu , Dr David the Anesthesiologist ,nurse Nick . I wish I remember all the names. I went to this facility for a procedure which, I was not looking forward to. I was very pleasantly surprised. The office area was very clean and nicely decorated. Seating was very adequate. The staff was very professional and efficient. Checking in was quick but thorough and easy. The staff was the absolute best. I was assisted by a nurse every step leading up the to surgery. I recently had a nerve block procedure at Pleasantdale Ambulatory Care, and the billing process was very stressful at first. Thankfully, Nicole Salamon went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue quickly and fairly. She was professional, patient, and truly cared about making sure I wasn’t overcharged. I really appreciate her support during this process.
