I am native American and once a year my Tribe helps out in hardship. They were ready to pay my lot rent but I have been trying to get a W9 since 9/20/16 . Help Now I get a 5 day notice to quit/????
THEY LIE. They lie that they have special "today" but not the day after. My wife and I lived there last year and they got us into a freakin flooded area where the parking lot floods every time it rains. Internet connection is also horrible around the property.
Just tried to write a negative review on the behavior and outrage we experienced with the landlady ( Michelle ) !! Unfortunately there's not enough room to list the maintenance problems and respond we received ! In short we received no maintenance fix on several problems and landlady Michelle called the police on me for arguing with her about the dangerous maintenance problems that needed to be fixed immediately !! This place is a scam artist. My light bill went up because it took them 2 months to fix my air. So the air ran non stop. They finally fixed the air and the issue was no Freon. That was said by their maintenance. My light bill was near 500.00 and they was saying it's not their fault. But the a.c. ran non stop for two months and they not even willing to take their part of the light bill out of the rent. This community went to hell BRING BACK 2014 STAFF
This place is absolutely wonderful! I would recommend this place to everybody that I come into contact with!
Love it here. People and management is nice. There is a alot of room for kids to play. Nice big lots and great housing.
I had issues finding a place to live because of my lack of credit history and I called her and got right in. I am so glad that she gave us a chance and we love our home. It is a nice and safe quiet neighborhood with big lots. My daughters love the book exchange by the office. I have never had a problem here! (:
Nice, Clean , Quiet , Safe. Maintenance is always right on top of things so is the manager. She is very reasonable. Nothing bad to say about this place.
