My son suffered a superficial thigh wound and was taken my wife to the emergency center. He had stiches for a superficial wound. As stated above with the billing, my insurance was billed over 3,000 for this which is excessive in my opinion. If I had known that the coat was going to be that high I would have waited a few hours and gone to Insta-Care or urgent care. While there the doctor and nurse told my wife that in 10 days bring him back for suture removal for no charge because it is included in the initial fee. We did so ... read more
Felt seen and heard. This made a hard situation much better.
The staff here are phenomenal! They were very personable and made us feel as good as we possibly could being in an emergency room.
